These Terms of Service govern your use of plumbco.shop and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by THE PLUMBING COMPANY LIMITED (“Plumbco”, “we”, “us”), company number 04440459, registered at 38 South Street, Comberton, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, CB23 7DZ. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

We sell finished consumer household products — laundry and utility storage goods. We are a product retailer only and do not provide plumbing, installation, assembly, repair or any other on-site service.

All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). Prices include the cost of goods only; shipping is added at checkout and any taxes or duties are handled as described in our Shipping Policy. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — we may decline it and refund any payment in full.

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe or PayPal. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. Card details are handled by the payment processor; we do not store full card numbers. Charges appear on your statement as “PLUMBCO HOME STORE”.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns by our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

We describe products as accurately as we can. Dimensions, capacities and colours are given in good faith; slight variation can occur and screens may render colours differently. Specifications are guidance, not guarantees of suitability for a particular purpose.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. You must provide accurate account and delivery information.

All content on plumbco.shop — text, images, logos and layout — is owned by or licensed to Plumbco and may not be reused without permission.

Products are sold with the statutory rights that apply to consumer goods. Except as required by law, the site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
