Refund & Return Policy

1. Your 14-day return window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in resaleable condition and in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included.

2. Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following can only be returned if they are unopened and unused:

  • Wool Dryer Balls and other fabric-care textiles;
  • Garment Wash Bags;
  • any item sealed for hygiene where the seal is broken.

This does not affect your right to a remedy if an item is faulty or not as described.

3. How to start a return

  1. Email support@plumbco.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. We’ll confirm your eligibility and send return instructions.
  3. Pack the items securely and send them to the return address we provide.

Please do not send items back before contacting us, as this can delay your refund.

4. Return shipping costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage. If the item is faulty, damaged or we sent the wrong product, we cover the return cost and refund any original shipping you paid.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued in USD to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 5–10 business days. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days at support@plumbco.shop with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

7. Wrong or missing items

If you receive the wrong item or part of your order is missing, let us know within 14 days and we’ll put it right with a replacement or refund.

8. Order cancellations

You can cancel an order before it ships for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process above applies.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, return the original under this policy and place a new order.
